Who
can receive it -
Active
warranted appointment holders at Unit level.Number (number pro rata) per
County to be awarded annually.
Who recommends -
Anyone
inside or outside of Girlguiding but form must be signed by the appointing
Commissioner and the County Commissioner.Forms maybe obtained from County
Commissioners and here  .
Selection procedure -
Nominations
to go to County Awards Committee (or County Commissioner, or her appointed
representative, where there is no committee) for final names to be agreed.
Time Scale -
Nominations
to be received at Midlands Region Headquarters by 30th April each year.
