Big events aren't possible without help, and we're looking for a team of enthusiastic event-day volunteers to help make this happen.
The two events we are recruiting for are the Gulliver’s Kingdom Rainbow Day Out on Sunday 15 May 2016, and The West Midland Safari Park Takeover day on Sunday 12 June 2016. You can choose to volunteer at one or both events.
What does volunteering at these events involve?
There are a number of roles available –including event supporters to meet and greet, book groups in and give out badges, as well as talented photographers and reporters. Download full descriptions for the volunteer roles we are recruiting for.
Whether you're an experienced event volunteer or you've never done it before, there will be a role for you. We are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking team players, who are prepared to muck in.
If you would like to help you will need to be available on the day, as well as available to attend a briefing on Wednesday 13 April for Gulliver’s Kingdom event and Tuesday 17 May for West Midland Safari Park event.
Who can apply?
Volunteers must be members of Girlguiding and aged over 18.
How do I apply?
To apply for one of these roles, complete our online application form.
Applications close on Tuesday 8 March 2016. We aim to let volunteers know if they have been successful in their application by the end of March.
