What does the role of Assistant Lead Volunteer Growth & Retention  mean to you/involve? What do you hope to achieve as part of this role ?

Girlguiding has had such a positive impact on my life, I think that the opportunities and experiences for development we provide girls and young women are so important, so its essential that we continue to encourage our members to stay within guiding.  I want to help reach girls and women who currently aren’t involved in Girlguiding, support members as they move to university and encourage them to remain involved and help spread the message of how amazing Girlguiding is!
