About Get Involved Christmas Jumper Day The 100 Challenge I Supported Save The Children FAQs

How do we get our badges?

Badges are £1 each. After you’ve completed your challenge, download the badge order form, fill it in and send back to us at Girlguiding Midlands, 21 Lower Church Street, Ashby de la Zouch, Leicestershire, LE65 1A

How will the funds raised make a difference?

Your incredible fundraising will help Save the Children support children in 68 countries including the UK, helping over 22 million children survive, learn and stay safe.

If you want to find out more, visit the Save the Children website at www.savethechildren.org.uk

You can download a 'Funds Raised' form here.

Do we have to fundraise to get our 100 badge

Not at all – all we ask is that you do something that will benefit Save the Children.

Check your pack for ideas – but suggestions would be to collect/make 100 items that could be sold at a Save the Children charity shop, or share 100 positive messages about the work that Save the Children does.

Remember that you don’t just have to work as a unit if you don’t want to, how about a district or division challenge?

How long do we have to complete the challenge?

The project runs until World Thinking Day in 2020, so we ask that you aim to have completed all of your challenges by then.

Can we do something that's not suggested in the pack to raise money?

Yes you can! Please share your fantastic ideas with us too, as we’re featuring some of our favourites on the website.

Can we hold a raffle or collection?

Yes you can, but bear in mind that there are some extra legal requirements. If you're thinking of holding a raffle, make sure you check the guidance here first (https://www.girlguiding.org.uk/get-involved/fundraise-for-us/fundraising-toolkit/ways-to-fundraise/fundraising-in-your-community/raffles-and-lotteries/) to make sure that your fundraising is legal.
