Growth, retention & transitions lead volunteer

Information about the job role: 

We’re looking for growth, retention and transitions lead volunteer – if you’re looking for your next guiding challenge this could be the role for you.

What you’ll do

• support a small team of advisers and coordinators
• play an integral role in the delivery of region strategic plan
• have oversight of projects to promote the growth and retention of volunteers across the region
• have oversight of projects to promote the transition and retention of young members across the region

About you

You don’t need to have done this role before — we’ll support you with training and guidance. We’re looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about the difference that Girlguiding makes to its members
• Enjoys leading and supporting other volunteers
• Is organised, reliable and confident managing multiple projects
• Communicates clearly and works well as part of a team
• Is happy to think strategically and solve problems creatively

You must be aged 18+ and willing to be (or become) an active member of Girlguiding Midlands. Some travel across the region is required, with expenses covered.
