Charlotte joined the Girlguiding Midlands region team in 2023 as the funded programme coordinator. This role is part of a DCMS government-funded project that aims to support the opening of new Guide and Ranger units across the region and support increase the capacity of existing units. Prior to this, I worked at Girlguiding HQ in the funded project team, where I was involved in waiting list projects and the 4-year-old Rainbows project.

 

Outside of work, I enjoys spending time with my family and friends, visiting National Trust sites, attending theatre productions, and participating in physical activities such as Boogie Bounce, dance fitness, and swimming.
