Since joining the region in 2017 Tracie’s role has evolved. This now includes membership support, which consists of diversity & inclusion and growth & retention, along with the responsibility of all region badges.

Tracie has been a Rainbow and Brownie volunteer and mentor for over 20 years, and brings this considerable understanding of Girlguiding to her role.
