Innovation growth lead

What you’ll do

• Lead the GirlguidingMidlands growth think tank and help drive the region’s membership growth strategy
• Support the attraction and recruitment of think tank members
• Oversee the delivery of the region innovation growth plan
• Chair think tank meetings and facilitate collaboration across the region
• Build strong links between counties and the think tank, ensuring effective two-way communication
• Represent Girlguiding Midlands at region and national meetings and share key updates with stakeholders

About you

You don’t need to have done this role before. We’ll provide training, guidance and support to help you succeed. We’re looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about the future of Girlguiding and the difference it makes to young people
• Enjoys leading, motivating and supporting volunteers
• Is creative, forward-thinking and excited by new ideas
• Has strong organisational and communication skills
• Is approachable, resilient and confident working with a range of stakeholders
• Can balance strategic thinking with delivering practical outcomes

You must be aged 18+ and willing to be (or become) an active member of Girlguiding Midlands. Some travel within the region and occasionally elsewhere in the UK may be required, with reasonable expenses covered.
